OFF THE EDGE

A CLOWN COMMEDY FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM!

A clown play about a group of misfit artists who struggle to hit it big with a theme restaurant.

With a structure similar to that of Commedia dell'Arte, OFF THE EDGE has a sophistication and complexity critics have likened to the work of Roberto Begnini. When six very wacky characters take to the stage there is an electric mix of music singing, dancing and comic routines that reminds us all how much we have to enjoy in life.

We have coined the term 'Theatre Jazz" to describe this from of wild, spontaneous theatre that is definitely 'OFF THE EDGE!' Some see this two-act clown play as part of the new wave of vaudvilian theatre - we see it as a tonne of fun!

A night traveller on a subway train finds himself caught up in a series of surreal episodes, both startling and delightful, as the boundaries of space blur and time plays tricks. Is it dream or reality?
